During operation, forklifts are used intensively. Every day they are exposed to various failures and faults. Damage to a forklift truck can significantly hinder or even completely prevent the operation of the entire plant, exposing it to longer downtime and financial losses. In this situation, it is worth using the services of Lubritech, which has many years of experience in both major overhauls of forklifts, as well as in the repair of individual elements and subassemblies. Our employees have UDT qualifications necessary to perform professional repairs of forklifts and UTB welding repairs. We can also repair devices subject to TDT and WDT.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"T\u0142umaczenie\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Powers of the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-placeholder=\"T\u0142umaczenie\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">In accordance with applicable regulations, forklifts and cranes are subject to the supervision of the Office of Technical Inspection. This means that repairs of these devices can only be performed by people who have the appropriate UDT qualifications. Welding or replacement of individual components must be carried out by persons with the necessary qualifications, documented with appropriate certificates.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"T\u0142umaczenie\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Welding repairs agreed with the Office of Technical Inspection<\/span><\/h2>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-placeholder=\"T\u0142umaczenie\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Our employees have welding qualifications issued by the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT), which entitle them to repair and modernize single-carriageway trucks, as well as overhead cranes, cranes, winches, mobile platforms and container handling equipment. We carry out non-destructive testing of welds as well as modernization and inspections of the UTB.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-placeholder=\"T\u0142umaczenie\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">We successfully perform welding repairs of any damage and cracks resulting from material fatigue. We also offer modernization of forklifts and other machines subject to UDT supervision. Each action is preceded by a thorough analysis of the defect and agreement on the technology that will be used to repair or modernize a given device.
